My name is Karen Spence, I am a true native of Sevier County, being able to trace my family back many generations
on both sides. I was born and raised here and have chosen to make my life here. I grew up in a small community called Pearl
Valley along side Dunn's Creek. I know the community and the people and enjoy telling everyone I meet about Sevier County.
After knowing Colonial's reputation for many years, I chose to join their staff based on their integrity, honesty and professionalism.
