I am very pleased to be the Managing Broker of the Residential Division of Colonial Real Estate, Inc.

I have been a Realtor® since 1989 and have worked both as an agent and as owner/broker of my own company. I have a firm commitment to continuing education and as a result have received the CRS and GRI designations. I share my love of education with the agents at Colonial in my capacity as Broker, Mentor and Trainer.

I have been the President of the Great Smoky Mountains Association of Realtors® and their Rookie of the Year and Realtor® of the Year. I have also served as President of the Tennessee State CRS Chapter and am a past President of the Tennessee Real Estate Education Foundation (TREEF).  For several years, I served on the task force of the Residential Specialist Magazine, editing articles and making suggestions for topics.
