I was born and raised in Long Island, New York and have elected to live in the beauty and
tranquility of the Great Smoky Mountains by choice. Prior to our relocation to Pigeon Forge, I
earned my Bachelors and Masters in Psychology from Boston College and continued my
education with an MBA and a PhD. I worked in the field of mental health as a clinician and
administrator and was also an adjunct Professor in a local college.
In 2000, my wife and I moved to Sevier County. After vacationing for 15 years in Pigeon
Forge we decided to make our vacation area, our new home. We had fallen in love with the
beauty and serenity of the location and the friendliness of the residents of Sevier County . . .
I knew when we moved here that I wanted to work in the field of real estate and
contracting. As a contractor, I have built both overnight rental log homes and custom residential
homes in different parts of Sevier County. As a realtor, I did not specialize in any area, but am
very knowledgeable of overnight rentals from my fifteen years as a cabin owner and five years of
building new cabins. I am well-informed of the residential market due to my residential
contracting experience. I continued my real estate education by becoming a Graduate of the
Realty Institute (GRI) to better assist my clients in the real estate field.
Just as I have chosen to live here in Sevier County, I have also opted to affiliate with
Colonial Real Estate because of the excellent reputation, integrity, ethical values and
professionalism of Colonial Real Estate.
I know I can find that perfect property for you - whether it is an overnight rental cabin in
the beautiful mountains, the perfect dream house for your family or that piece of land to plan for
the future. If we can’t find that perfect house, perhaps we can build one together. Give me a call
and I will give my best effort on your behalf to satisfy your dreams.
